FSA Link Lists estimated release date

The CTA has been advised that a public list detailing linked products will be released on the 12th of April 2021 by the FSA.

This follows the Easter break and other regional holidays.

There will be two evolving groups included on the list: 
1. Products linked to validated applications
2. Products linked to applications pending "validation"

Those in group two are applications that have passed the initial 8-day administrative checks and are waiting for toxicology and/or ADME data to be supplied. These companies must have substantiated they are fully committed to delivering the information required.

Local authorities are expected to use the public list for enforcement, a pragmatic approach has been advised by the FSA.

Any companies who did not submit before 31st March 2021 must now gain full authorisation before placing products on the market. There are currently no authorised applications in the UK to date.
