Throughout his career, David Lovell has worked closely with businesses, local and national regulators, and professional bodies, both domestically and internationally. His strong problem-solving capabilities and deep understanding of regulatory compliance have helped mitigate risks and identify market opportunities across various sectors.
Since establishing his consultancy business in 2019, David has developed a profound understanding of the CBD industry and its challenges and opportunities in sectors such as food, cosmetics, and vapes. Leveraging his knowledge of regulatory approaches and efficient delivery, David has consistently benefited his clients. He is widely recognized as a national expert on the operational aspects of the Primary Authority scheme and the benefits it brings to individual businesses and trade associations operating in the CBD sector.
David Lovell holds a degree in Consumer Protection from Manchester Metropolitan University, along with diplomas in Trading Standards and Management Studies. His educational background and practical experience make him a valuable addition to CTA UK's Board of Directors.
