Supporters of the Bill included Tonia Antoniazzi MP (Lab), who spoke passionately and is the Chair for the APPG on Medicinal Cannabis.
This Bill was 'talked out' during its second reading. This means that there is no further time to discuss the bill. This usually occurs due to 'filibustering'.
