Discussions, exchange of information or agreements on individual competitively sensitive information/data are taboo for executives and members in the context of association meetings of companies, in particular on:
- forecasts of future business development between competitors.
- prices in any form (e.g. purchase and resale prices including list prices, price components, discounts, price strategies and calculations as well as planned price changes;
- capacities and quotas (e.g. production quotas and quantities, purchase quantities, capacity shortages).
- sales policies, sales territories, customers and marketing plans (e.g. customer, supplier, territories and markets, current and future orders)
- suppliers (e.g. supplier lists, current and future orders)
- purchasing conditions, delivery and payment conditions
- boycott: (threats of) disadvantages against customers, suppliers or competitors, delivery, Procurement blocking
- costs (e.g. costs of the purchasing department, salaries, raw material costs)
- purchasing volumes (non-published figures)
- turnover and sales figures (non-published figures)
