- Ensure products meet labelling criteria.
- Inform the Association of product changes and maintain lab testing standards.
Business & Trade Sector
- Avoid activities that discredit the cannabis and hemp trade sector.
- Hold valid public and employer liability insurance.
- Respect intellectual property and legal agreements.
- Keep records of adverse product effects and notify authorities if necessary.
- Provide warranties and guarantees per consumer legislation.
- Comply with laws governing Medicinal Cannabis, industrial hemp and CBD products.
- Promote responsible use of cannabis-derived products.
Product & Testing
- Maintain a responsible attitude towards product information.
- Avoid selling counterfeit or substandard products.
- Provide samples for routine testing and maintain records.
- Ensure lab reports are available for all products on request.
- Do not sell Cannabis products to minors.
