Proxy Voting
Proxies are crucial tools in corporate governance
A proxy is a person or entity authorised to act on behalf of a member at the CTA AGM. The proxy can vote on resolutions or participate in the meeting discussions as if they were the shareholder themselves.
The term can also refer to the proxy form, a document members use to appoint their proxy.
General Proxy: Allows the proxy to vote on behalf of the shareholder as they see fit, based on their own judgment.
Special Proxy: Restricts the proxy to vote in a specific way on particular resolutions, as instructed by the shareholder.
PLEASE NOTE - Proxies may not be used for online representation due to data security reasons.
